Water World

There isn't much more fun than the pool!
Unless, of course, you throw in an adult...then the fun level climbs sky high!

Grown ups are just so perfect for hanging on, climbing on, jumping off of, and any other sort of thing you can imagine!

A horse is a horse, of course, of course

Kaili got to take a turn with Lulu today!   Great fun!  Tyler and Kaili spent the morning in Honoka'a, riding horses!  Getting ready for the ranch!

Learning to clean the horse is an important part...the girls had fun trying to brush out her mane :-)

EVERYONE wants to be a princess!

Is it funny that out of the 4 kids playing the princess game, 50% of the participants are male?  Don't worry, it didn't last long.  The boys became disgruntled when Kaili wouldn't trade the blue jewels for the pink ones.

Having the boys wear pink was just going too far :-)

Randomness

For the month of June we have:

Hung around with the balloons...(and we finally pulled the last one off the ceiling today!)
Become expert boxers and photographers (thank you Sina, or Kaili...not sure who...)

 Dressed only in princess stickers...
 Had olive fingers

Shown of lame dance moves, or something...
 Drawn "our new house!"

been typical

Played with the camera

A lot!

a really lot!

Made messes

played Legos (of course! Really, if he logged how many minutes a day he spends playing Legos, and got a penny for every one, he'd probably be a millionaire...too bad I can't make money off of his habits..)

10s PRO

I saw my title (10s PRO) on a license plate in Oregon when I was about 10.  I remember trying to figure out what it meant for a long time...at least 5 red lights!  Finally, we got...can you figure it out (based on the pictures below...because they exude 10s PRO to the extreme!)
Smashing balls, or chasing them round and putting them back in the basket seem to be very similar on the "fun-ness" scale for 3-6 year olds

This picture just doesn't do it justice...but...Tyler's tennis racket made his hands turn black.  He was sweating so profusely from his intense game that when he went to wipe the drips trickling down his face, he transferred some of the blackness onto his chin.  I told him he looked just like Dad and his 5 o'clock shadow! :-)

Rock-a-bye-baby

Who doesn't love sitting in a rocking chair.  I think little kids can't keep their little hands off them!  Well, look at this awesome rocking chair we found.  Where, you might ask?  Not Grandma's house, not in a baby's room...

Sina found this bad boy at the bank...yup!  The bank.  Who'd a thunk?

Summer Fun

It's always fun to have fun...Luckily, we have the funnest friends around!
Anyone up for a spongy water fight?
Packing up the sponges after the play
Then, of course, onto the quarry work...rock breaking is hard stuff!
 Success!
And, last, but not least...story time!  Good thing!  I think I haven't read hardly anything to the kids since school ended (Ahhh!)

Just Another Day at the Store

Sina likes to try things out, just to make sure they work out right...
high heels and scooters - check!
Baby swings - check!

Ahhh, all in a days work...

My little Cub Scout

Yes, my eldest has moved into the next stage of his life...Boy Scouts!  He loves it, of course...I mean, what 8 year old boy wouldn't love Javelin throwing, archery, BB gun shooting, chess, shield making, horse shoe art, mud, friends, and more?!?  Scout camp was super fun!

We got to go and watch him do his skit

And we got to take a few pictures of "The Girls"

We do hair

I spend a lot of time doing hair in my household...today, I was pampered.  I got my hair done.  My stylist is the one, the only, TYLER.  Check out my new do!

Who knew Legos could be an accessory!

Catch up

Since I haven't written anything all month...I will play catch up right now!  Here we had our super fun friend over for the whole day!  This is what the kids did for a majority of the day:

Legos...
Legos....

Legos...

Oh, and more Legos!

Sleeping Beauty

A bit quiet...went to check on Miss Mouse...this is what I found :-)
Kids can sleep anywhere!
