Makahiki

Makahiki is the Cub Scout's official Pine Wood Derby race where the entire Cub Scout packs in the whole area can participate.  They also get together and have booths and games for everyone to mess around with while they wait to run their cars :-)  Because we have a new awesome Cub Master, our Cubs had the best tent of all...who can beat out 

Everyone got to make a rubber band launcher and try to hit as many Zombies as they could!

 We had to be sure to ask them to run Tyler's car backwards!

 The cars were so fast...you can't even see them :-)  Tyler's is in the 2nd place position!! He got 2nd twice and 1st twice!

 He was so excited about his races!  I was too...some of these parents are so extreme!  The guy who registered in front of us asked to have his car placed back in the box upside-down, so his axle alignment wouldn't be messed up!  Wow!
