Even Better than an iPad!

While waiting for Japanese lessons to finish, Sina usually spends her time playing on the iPad.  What kid wouldn't want to waste time doing that? I realized after a handful of silent moments, that Sina must have fallen asleep.  When I peered in the back of the car, I saw the iPad sitting on the chair next to her, turned off.  Her head was not drooping with sleep...She was staring deep into the eyes of this little guy: 

 Her pet for the day...the Gecko.  She caught it in the morning and cared for it all day long in his little habitat:

I asked her if her iPad had died and she said, "No, I just wanted to play with my Gecko."

Well, OK then :-)

The gecko had luckily survived the day and was released into the wild later that night.
